Every real case that enters LWD is captured here in a privacy-preserving structure: initials only, age bands (not exact age), postcode first 3 digits (not full), diagnosis category (not diagnosis), prognosis band. This lets triage and counsellor-matching happen without ever storing personally-identifying beneficiary data on the surface layer.

NCCP s.29 engagement pattern
Once a case is triaged and a counsellor is assigned, an NCCP s.29 engagement letter is generated authorising the licensed financial counsellor to work with creditors on the beneficiary's behalf. LWD does not itself negotiate, this table tracks the mandate boundary. Privacy Act 1988 APP applies to every field. Diagnosis, prognosis, and financial data are stored in banded form only.
